Once again the seasons are changing. It´s spring in Australia, autumn here in Europe. Seasonal changes can be good or bad. On the bright side, autumn brings colorful foliage. On the dark side, it brings shorter, colder days and longer periods of darkness, causing physical and psychological problems.
